Recruitment plus staffing: we find your accountant and employ them for you.

We recruit your accountant, then act as their employer: contract, payroll, HR and replacement if needed. You direct the work, in your systems, as part of your team.

We recruit and employ. You direct the work.

This is not a shared service or an outsourcing desk. We find and vet the person, then employ them for you. Your accountant joins your team, learns your clients and follows your processes. We’re recruiters, not an accounting firm.

Every accountant passes the same four steps

Every candidate is screened by an experienced recruiter, and every technical test is reviewed by a qualified accountant.

  1. Recruiter screening

Experience, UK client exposure and motivation, reviewed by a recruiter.

  2. Technical test

UK bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT and software, reviewed by a qualified accountant.

  3. Communication check

Written and spoken English, and how clearly they explain their work.

  4. Client interview

You interview the shortlist and choose who joins your team.

Is Dedicated right for you?

A good fit

UK accounting, bookkeeping and tax practices with roughly 2 to 50 staff, and UK businesses with an in-house finance lead who needs more capacity. You have work to hand over and someone to direct and review it.

Not a fit

If you want someone to take the books away and manage themselves, this is the wrong model. A dedicated accountant needs a manager on your side, and final review stays with your qualified staff.
