Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us — and the rights you have over it.

This policy explains what personal data DigiHyre (DigiHyre — AI-Powered Recruitment Agency) collects, why, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights. Questions? Email info@digihyre.com.

Who we are

DigiHyre is an AI-powered recruitment agency serving clients in the US, UK and EU. For data-protection questions we are the data controller for the information described below, and you can reach us any time at info@digihyre.com.

What we collect

  • Details you submit in our forms — your name, work email, company, and the role(s) or notes you share when you request a shortlist or contact us.
  • Scheduling information — if you book a call, our scheduling provider processes the details you enter to confirm the meeting.
  • Basic technical data — standard server logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) created when any website is visited, used for security and aggregate analytics.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data through this site, and we never sell your information.

How we use it

We use the details you submit only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and discuss candidate shortlists, and communicate with you about the hiring work you’ve asked us to do. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that help us operate — for example our form/email provider and our scheduling provider — and, where a search requires it and you agree, with vetted Employer-of-Record or interview partners. These providers process data on our behalf under their own agreements. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting engagement, and then for a reasonable period for our records, after which we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR for UK/EU individuals), you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to restrict or object to how we use it. To make a request, email info@digihyre.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

International transfers

We operate from Pakistan and serve clients internationally, so your data may be processed outside your country. We take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled securely wherever it is processed.
