Disclaimer

Our role as a recruitment and staffing firm, your responsibilities, and the limits of our liability.

Please read this disclaimer carefully. It explains the role DigiHyre (DigiHyre) plays in connecting applicants with accounting roles, and the responsibilities that rest with applicants and clients. Questions? Email info@digihyre.com.

Our role

DigiHyre is a specialist recruiter of bookkeepers and accountants. We recruit for accounting roles only. Our role is to introduce and connect applicants with the UK accounting practices and businesses ("clients") that are hiring for those roles, based on the role requirements and selection criteria those clients provide to us. An introduction is not an offer of employment.

Who employs you

That depends on how the client hires:

  • Recruitment only (Direct hire). The client employs or engages you directly. All terms of that arrangement, including job duties, salary and payment, benefits, working conditions, contracts, start dates, workplace conduct and termination, are agreed and managed between you and the client. DigiHyre is not a party to that relationship and does not control, supervise or guarantee it.
  • Recruitment plus staffing (Dedicated). DigiHyre employs you in Pakistan under a written contract with us, and you work as part of the client’s team, under the client’s day-to-day direction. Your employment terms are the ones in your contract with DigiHyre.

Please assess and verify before you proceed

While we take reasonably practicable steps to understand each client's requirements and to present suitable opportunities, we do not and cannot guarantee the suitability, legitimacy, financial standing, business practices or conduct of any client, nor the accuracy of the information a client or applicant provides to us.

Before accepting any offer, signing any contract, relocating, or making any payment or commitment, we strongly encourage applicants to carry out their own independent checks on the prospective employer — for example, verifying the company's registration and reputation, reviewing all offer and contract terms carefully, and confirming details through sources you have verified for yourself. The final decision to accept a role and to proceed with any employer rests with the applicant.

Accuracy of information

Applicants and clients are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and authenticity of the information, CVs, credentials and details they provide. We may rely on that information without independently verifying it, and we are not responsible for losses arising from information that is inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

Recruitment-fraud awareness

Official communication from DigiHyre comes only through the contact channels published on this website. We will never ask an applicant to pay a fee, deposit or any money as a condition of being considered, introduced or placed for a role. If you receive an offer or request that appears to come from DigiHyre but does not match our official channels, or that asks you for payment, please treat it with caution and contact us at info@digihyre.com to confirm before acting on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DigiHyre is not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense — whether direct, indirect or consequential — arising out of or in connection with an introduction; the engagement of, or by, any client or applicant; the conduct, acts or omissions of any client or applicant; reliance on information provided by any client, applicant or third party; or any decision to accept or decline a role. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
