Why DigiHyre exists
DigiHyre was founded after 7+ years inside HR and talent acquisition — years spent watching the same pattern: great companies losing months and six-figure sums to slow pipelines, keyword-matching agencies, and mis-hires that interviews failed to catch.
Two things changed the equation. First, AI made it possible to genuinely screen — not keyword-filter — hundreds of candidates in days: structured video interviews, skills scoring, signal instead of CV theatre. Second, the remote-work shift proved that world-class talent lives everywhere, at salaries that make Western hiring budgets go 2–4× further.
DigiHyre sits at that intersection: a founder-led agency with the toolset of a Silicon Valley talent team — LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, an AI-powered ATS and AI interview platform — and a lean cost base to charge 8–12% where others charge 25%.
