What does Digihyre do?

Digihyre connects employers with vetted talent and helps candidates find roles that match their skills and career goals. We handle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination through to offer and onboarding.

How does the hiring process work for employers?

Share your job brief → we align on the role profile and timeline → deliver a curated shortlist → you interview → we support offers, negotiations, and start dates. You only pay when a candidate is successfully hired (contingent search), unless we agree on a retained engagement.

Do candidates pay any fees?

No. Our services for job seekers—CV tips, interview guidance, and role matching—are free. Our fees are paid by the hiring company.

What kinds of roles and work models does Digihyre cover?

We recruit for permanent, contract, and interim roles across entry-level to leadership. Depending on client needs, we also place remote, hybrid, and on-site positions across multiple industries.

How do you ensure candidate quality and data privacy?

Every candidate goes through structured screening (skills/experience verification, culture fit, and references where applicable). We follow strict data-privacy practices and only share your information with client companies relevant to the roles you’ve opted into.
